Nugenix - Independent & Uncensored Review
Nugenix has been around for a few years now, and sells a handful of different “Nugenix” branded products that focus on male testosterone production and building muscle.
It’s hard to know if we should consider Nugenix a true male sexual enhancement product, as it seems primarily focused on increasing muscle mass and helping men train in the gym.
That being said, some Nugenix products DO claim to help support stronger sex drive as well. Unfortunately, Nugenix is somewhat inferior compared to top brands which focus entirely on male sexual performance and erectile function. As a result, Nugenix does not contain enough potent ingredients to rank among our top-5 rated products.
* Results are based on the WebMDmale proprietary ranking system and do not necessarily reflect typical results from the use of these products. Please visit official product websites for more information.

How Does Nugenix Work?
The Nugenix website claims that their ‘Boston researchers’ created Nugenix to help the body restore healthy levels of free testosterone. They say the key ingredient, Testofen® helps to achieve this. They say that men will find it beneficial to take Nugenix 30-45 minutes prior to working out.
According to the official product website:
“High levels of free and total testosterone play a vital role in helping active men maintain their drive and performance as they age. Our new-and-improved Nugenix® Total-T Testosterone Booster maximizes energy, increases lean muscle mass and boosts libido.”
There are several different “versions” of Nugenix that claim to do different things, and it’s actually quite hard to figure out on the website what each product actually does. However, the main ingredient in the Nugenix formula seems to be Testofen – although the company provides little information about the different ingredients in each product.
Nugenix Customer Reviews & Feedback
If you research Nugenix online – as we have – it’s fair to say that reviews of Nugenix are mixed at best.
Nugenix customer feedback appears to be generally on the negative side, with mainly 2 and 3 star reviews. Many reviews seem to feel that Nugenix is an “overhyped testosterone booster” which under-performs in the bedroom – and we tend to agree with this analysis.
We feel that Nugenix – although not a BAD product – is a bit lacking in effective ingredients, and has been eclipsed by several more potent and effective competitors.
Nugenix Product Safety & Consumer Warnings
Nugenix is generally considered safe – and it is sold in GNC retail stores, so we would like to think they wouldn’t be selling a product that wasn’t fairly reputable.
However, there have been FDA public notifications regarding Testosterone boosters, both about whether they work – and if men should be taking them.
If you’re not sure whether a testosterone boosting product is right for you, we advise you to consult your doctor, or seek an outside medical opinion.
Cut To The Chase - Is Nugenix Right For Me?
If you’re specifically looking to boost your sexual performance or improve erectile function, then Nugenix is probably not the best choice for most men. First of all, there are more powerful and effective male enhancers available, and we feel that Nugenix is more of a bodybuilding supplement meant to increase lean muscle mass – and is formulated that way.
The bottom line is that there are superior products available for the same money – which will produce more dramatic and noticeable results in the bedroom.
We think most men will want to stick to a product that’s specifically formulated for benefits to sexual function.
